  1. There's a risk of salmonella poisoning from eating raw eggs. However, it's possible to get pasteurised eggs, which would eliminate the risk.

  2. i don't think you should do that you can get sick from that

  3.   It is not much healthier, nutrition wise than cooked eggs, so eat your eggs cooked if you can.

I there is always a chance of salmonella when you eat raw eggs.  I have heard that it is lower in organic eggs.

Personally, I do use raw eggs (just regular store-brand) in my smoothies fairly often.  I don't like cooked eggs that often, but I need the protein.  I have never had salmonella.

If you are fairly healthy, salmonella would make you very sick, and puking your guts out, but shouldn't kill you.    So, if you really want to consume raw eggs, you might want to just risk it, or use the expensive eggs and risk it a little less.

  4. Well...about 1 in 10,000 eggs may be infected within the hen by salmonella and about 1 in 50 consumers are exposed to a contaminated egg in a year. Thoroughly cooking kills it.

  5. you could get salmonella poisoning.

    i wouldnt drink it...
