Try watching it without the music-it then seems a lot more Hip Hop. Yes, it does have some lyrical, contemporary, modern bits in it. But overall it is Hip Hop.

I see why your confused but i wouldn't exactly classifiy it as hip-hop but there are some hip-hop moves i think its more contemporary and sytycd has alot of contemporary stuff. I would classify it as a contemporary hip-hop meaning a new style of hip-hop. Hope I helped!!!!!
