Look at the reflection of the faucet in the mirror, the ghost is behind it. For that reason I would make the judgement that it is outside the mirror, meaning a reflection. I also believe the picture to be a fake.

Please allow me to clue you in on something.

If it's digital...it can EASILY be fake. Even if it's NOT originally digital, it can be made to be fake.

This photo would be no more real to me if it were Abraham Lincoln , or Chuck-E-Cheese sitting there.

Criss Angel is a fake....the man in the moon is fake, George Bush is fake, the National Enquirer, and...believe it or not...Jerry Springer is fake.

ANYTHING you see on tv...or see on the internet CAN BE faked....ok?

Along with this 'great technology' we also have accepted the fly in the ointment.

Even if someone comes up with the real deal.....it will not convince anyone, except those sitting around starving for 'evidence'. Let it go...wonder...read if you want....talk about it among your friends, but just go and live your life........do something real and tangible.

Hard to tell. Could also be photoshopped as well. That's the problem with digital photos uploaded to the internet, it's very hard to confirm their validity.

did you see the movie : shutter ? theres one scene where this guy jobs is to put heads in pictures to make it look like a ghost ! so i say he was inside photoshop brushes !

That photograph was not taken using a simple flash. If it were there would be many more direct reflections of the flash on metal and glass objects, and much more sharply defined shadows. So the caption does not express the correct conditions. Whoever took this picture was a serious photographer.

Ghost photos like this are easy to fake even without photoshop. This isn't even a particularly good fake. It is a simple double exposure.
