Those are leggings. Hence the word "leggings" at the top of the page.

Leggings aren't exactly in right now- only leather ones are, really.

i dont think they're in style right now, but famous people and celebrities wear leather leggings.

I think their tights because they are too long to be leggings. And their the right length for tights if they go down to your ankles.

yeah they're leggings, and they're pretty long... so I'd say that unless they're knee length they're out of style.
