Question:

Is this interval training???

walking at 3mph for 3 minutes

jogging at 6mph for 2 minutes.........and i keep switching between the two for 33 minutes........so is that interval training.........and can i do it everyday or every other day?

  1. Yes, that is interval training.  You can do it up to 5 days a week, but you do need your rest.  If you are weight training as well, don't do it on those days.
