Help! I need immediate verifications on this company, cez i think i might involve in a global fraud!!!

what basic steps are we suppose to take note when doing our 1st online international investments?

I found the company is primarily an investment adviser, not an investment firm. Further, I found the name of the firm is STEINBERG INVESTMENT RESEARCH AG. Using dogpile.com to search for info, I found STEINBERG INVESTMENT RESEARCH AG

to be Unauthorized overseas firm operating in the UK. That should give you a hint about the firm.
