Is this is a good work plan?

Ok just to let you know I am 17 yrs, 5'11" and weigh 194.

I want to loose some weight so I made a daily work out plan.

5mins- stretch

10mins- Push ups, sit ups, crunches

40mins- Basketball, skateboard, or jog

20-25mins- Lifting weights

Do I need to change or add something?
