They are possibly the greatest heels in modern wrestling history.  Two of the very few performers to get legitimate heat and that's from "smart" fans too!  Buh Buh Ray is tremendous on the mic.

I believe it was Heatwave 1998.

EDIT:  Never mind, it was Heat Wave 1999.
