Is this job offer(Warehouse Manager) a scam from Continental tyres group Ltd in UK?

On the 25/03/2008 i received a job offer from Continental Tyre Group Ltd. 191 High Street, Middlesex,UB7 7XW.Telephone: [phone].Registered no: 296602 England, Employement ID No: CTG/77.Salary offer GBP 12,500 net. They have sent me an application letter and interview documents before. I just want to know if this is a scam or real?

It is a SCAM

Phone numbers which begin 0044 -7031 are personal numbers which can be diverted to anywhere in the world.  No genuine company would use one.

£12,00 is a very low salary for a manager.

They will ask for money for visa, work permit and other things then disappear.
