Is this just anxiety or something more serious?

ive have like a weird feeling around my chest near my heart...it doesn't hurt but it bothers me..i never feel like its a stroke or a heart attack... also i get numbness when this happens in my left shoulder and left bicep..i went to the doctor a couple weeks before this first happened for another reason and he said i was in good health...i have suffered from anxiety and depression in the past but i don't remember the symptoms...ill eventually go to the doctor but i don't want to go if its just anxiety
