Is this labor or braxton hicks?

I am 39 weeks. I have been 1cm dialted for the past two weeks and 2 weeks ago I was 50%efaced. I have been feeling tightening off and on for a copuple months but yesterday and today I have been feeling a little pain low in my abdomin kind of like a cramp but not as bad so now I am confused. So far it is happening in no particular pattern or time the baby is still moving normally and there is no leaking or anything so are these little pains braxton hicks or labor or should i be worried. I just had a doc appt yesterday and everything was perfect. My next appointment is tuesday 26 and the due date is 28 should I wait and see what happens or should I be worried. ????

If they are not in a pattern then its probably just braxton hicks I would not worry you are getting close to the day so it also could be the start of labor don't worry if you start feeling like you have to go to the bathroom #2 that goes along with labor Good Luck and congrats..Just wait you never know when you reach this time in pregnancy..

it's either braxton hicks, or a full bladder. Use the bathroom often if you don't feel the urge to go and drink plenty of water.
