Ok, I am the plaintiff and say I filed a case in circuit court say in LA and than filed a different case against the same defendants on something totally different than the first case but filed it say in in circuit court say in San Diego, and the defendants attorneys bring documents from the case filed say in LA on something totally different but took it to the judge say in San Diego is it legal for the new judge to take into concentration documents filed say in LA? Yes or No

  1. Circuit court is different from criminal court. The lawyers have fewer rules and the judge has greater leeway in letting in information.

    Your cases are in the same state---so referring to either or and both cases is fair game--as well as just about anything from your past and present.
