  1. Excuse me TICKLES but it is not an "obvious" answer or she wouldn't be asking it!!!  But anyways, I'm pretty sure he can't press charges. So Good Luck!

  2. between spouses there cannot be any contract, transfer / gain loss.

but i don't understand your question...

you file charges - criminal , adultery hasn't been a criminal offence since a very very very very long time.

if you mean sue for damages... omg... if he can prove that it effected his stability/ pshyc health... hahah if you're in the us he probably can... would be on the news :)

  3. if he can prove it by law you are in big trouble. tapes , seem,s you aren't as well your friend that smart, and if it has  effected his health , yes he can sue you, and him , this is fact,,,

  4. no

  5. Many states( not all) are "NO FAULT STATES" so cheating cant be used for grounds for divorce let alone the person they cheated with!!! NO you cant file charges on them...

  6. Obviously not.

  7. No he cannot. But in tort law if you happened to get a divorce, he will have the upperhand because you cheated. he can use that to his power in custody and alimony battle.
