Okay, I have seizures. Three types - Epileptic, Grand Mal, and Pseudo. I've had them for about four years and I have been on four different medicines. The first three worked for a while, but then they wore off. The fourth one just made me sick. Very sick, so I stopped taking it. After a while, everyone knew about my problem, and people started telling me to ask my doctor to be prescribed to Medical Marijuana. But I'm not sure if that is legal and I don't want to get into any illegal faultings by asking my doctor about it. But I have expieremented and it does work. When I smoke it, I won't have a seizure within the whole month. So, what should I do? And is it legal in Texas for a doctor to prescribe you to Marijuana?

  1. Medical marijuana is not legal in Texas and in fact is against federal law in the entire country.

  2. Move to BC Canada man. Yes its illegal out here but it's kinda like getting a speeding ticket of you get caught. If they bother ticketing you at all.  More than 40% of the population tokes up..........and you wonder why were all about the peace lovin'

  3. It is not legal in Texas for a doctor to prescribe marijuana for you.

However, you may get away with it.

    See http://www.newsli.com/2008/03/27/texas-p...

But.......... proving "necessity" is not easy.
