Is this lethal? These drugs all together?

What would you say the chance of this killing me is:

A little more than 50 pills.

-extra strength midol

-alieve

-aspirin

-a few other OTC drugs

-2 or 3 prescription pain killers

What would you say the chances are of this actually killing me?

It's unlikely that it would have killed you.  Liver damage on the other hand would have been in the cards.  I don't know why almost everyone undershoots.

You need to call 911 now. This is a serious medical emergency.

Let me tell you also that the death you would experience taking all of these medicines would be very very painful and messy. You would not die at once, and you would have to put up with the shame and embarrassment as your liver failed, and jaundice set in. You would become unbearably itchy - an experience so painful it has been likened to fire. Your brain would experinece neurotoxicity within a few hours, and you would lose mental capacity. Even if you survived (which is possible), you would be mentally retarded.

It probably would not kill you, as two pain killers is not enough to suppress your respiratory system enough to cause you to stop breathing.  Your liver, however, would be really screwed up after doing something like this.  There is always the danger of the liver failure being so severe that it kills you rather than the pain killers.  Dying of liver failure is never fun, it takes a while, and it is painful.  This is not the way to kill yourself, actually killing yourself is not the answer, but if you are going to do it, this is not the way.
