i'm a 14 year old girl, 5'7, 170 (yes, i am 15 pounds heavy, kay?)
Yeahh.. put on the weight during the summer (didn't get out as much, and same diet, great idea crazygirl). Anyways, i'm starting swim team (3-5x a week, 90 min) for the season (sept.-mar.)on top of gym class and once a week riding lessons.
do you think i'd probably loose the weight?
[i know myself, i can't go below 140, that would look SCARY. i tried once]
