A couplet is, by definition, two rhyming lines. So no, a single line is not a couplet of any kind. This would be a heroic couplet:

"And may the muse inspire each future song

And grant me love sure as my life is long."

See, two rhyming lines of iambic pentameter. Heroic couplet. You have a good start, you just need to write a second line.
