Is this mailing envelopes place Solihull Press a scam? If I send my £35 off will I ever hear from them again?

I have received an app form from them about mailing envelopes from home. They are asking for £35 fee. Is this genuine?

You will need to fill about a million envelopes to earn a fiver plus youll probably have to find the addresses yourself. I wouldnt bother with it, most of these are very badly paid if not total scams.
