Is this malpractice,,my girlfriend had a c-section,there were a intern helping ,they forgot to close acertain?

part and she was internally bleeding for 12 hours she lost 4liters of blood,,she say she feel different on the inside,she cant function the same,she is under stress she cant sleep at night because she is scared,because of the surgery,,when they opened her up the second time they were taking out the staples without any ansteshia,just ripping them out,,is thia a lawsuit, do anybody know any great attorneys

What country did this happen in?  You can find a malpractice lawyer anywhere.  I would go to two and talk to them directly.

if they didn't properly close the incision that is cause for a lawsuit but taking the staples out is not. it's rare you get anesthesia for staple removal. my mom didn't and neither did my friend who had them in her head!

the intern shouldnt matter as long as he wasnt the only one working on your girl. but the rest of it sounds like you have a case.
