A golfer killed a- Hawk- by hitting it with golf balls because it was making a noise when he was playing, this happend in America,whats your, opinon of this person,

Well I don't condone the killing of the hawk in any stretch of the imagination but get it straight

He was filming a TV show and others were trying to scare the bird off because it was making noise when the others attempts didn't work he tried to hit the tree to scare it off at over 150 yards away and hit the bird Alla Dave Winfield and the seagull in Toronto in a baseball game.

But it was a stupid stupid thing to do and he feels remorseful if you see the tape of him doing it you Will;l see he didn't want to kill the bird but he did

Sort of a sad commentary on todays pros.  Being annoyed by a hawk in a tree.....P L E A S E!!!!  The guys I play with have a hundred real ways to distract me from a shot.  If I'm not annoyed by a dear crossing the fairway in front of me, why would a hawk bother anyone.

the hawk was protecting its nest , this is the only time ba hawk will make noise . people were threating safety of hawks baby . there was no intent to hit the hawk . fluke throw is being charged maximum fine 4,000 dollars . accident , has to pay price though

Are you a human being?   You eat a cheeseburger, chicken or some other meat when you are hungry.  The cow, chicken or fish didn't make any noise to bother you.  Sounds just as cruel...if not worse.  Check out the Sudan, Iraq, or other senseless murders of humans.  That is far more questionable "human" behavior than the killing of one bird.
