ok so im 14 and i workout 7 days a week. i do strength exercises 7 days a week and i run 3 times a week. i am 5'7 and 120 pounds. sooooooo last night for dinner my whole family including my cousins went to subway and i got a wrap. they said it was one of their low carb ones. soooooo i got that and then i filled it with tons of veggies and a non fat sweet onion sauce. im not worried or anything but im just wondering was that really healthy. i know there wasnt meat in it cause im a vegetarian. so honestly was that not healthy?????thx :]
