Is this messed up or what?

Question

i go into my pre-cal class today and get my progress report only to figure i have a 28% in the class, the teacher says something must be wrong so she puts it aside and starts handing back old work. she hands me a homework and a quiz and on it, it says "no pen, no grade" meaning i cannot use pen, she told the class about this 1st semester and i got into the class 2nd semester, so i didnt know, well i was given the oppertunity to write it over in pencil, so i took it home, heres the lame part, i walk home, and it was really windy, well all my papers flew out of my notebook and i got two of the assignments but i had to also re-do last nights homework and i dunno if it flew off or if its in my locker but i am going to be pretty upset if i have to do the homework again, well, my question is, if i go to school tomorrow and find it to not be there is there any way i could go to the counslers to discuss this because i was not informed of how she grades and as far as im concerned if a teacher..

just give in the assignment, if you feel she treats you unfairly after you've exhausted trying to come to an agreement with her, then talk to authority within the school and work it from there.

she would definetly accept it, except if she does not take late home work like my teacher . she does not take late home work 10 min after the class starts.

Take it as a positive. This is a little problem in your life. Wait until your are in the real world. Like they say, Sh*T happens! Guy, you will wish that this was the only thing that happens to you. Wait until you have your own kids as teen-agers. Or you can't find a job. What about when one of your parents might be terminally ill? Concentrate on the big stuff. Life is too full of missed opportunities. Don't miss them. Start enjoying life, NOW!
