Is this modelling place a scam ?

apparently this modelling agency called *********** said if i paid 128 i would be on their book but because i couldent pay that straight away they said i could pay 60 is this a fake modelling site sorry i cant use the name because i could get sued

Any modeling agency that makes you pay for anything is not a good one to use.  If they truly believe in your abilities, they would foot the bill since they are eraping alot of the benefits.  Many of them will charge those fees back from your first couple of jobs, but they will pay them upfront.
