  1. you have asked this one before. Your are a joke if you think you can paint etc. Cleaning would help. or replacing as I have said before

  2. yes that looks like mold. Also looks like on the bottom row you have silicone, not grout... for that section you can remove the old silicone with a razor blade, clean the area with bleach and reapply new silicone...

for the actual grout in other areas, you should clean it more often, or use a mildew mold spray cleaner after every use... if that doesn't work, you may want to call and hire a profesional cleaner to get rid of the mold... then you should be able to wash it every week or every other week and keep it bright and white! :) Good luck!

  3. Hello Qui Qui,

I read your other post as well, and the first answer given was excellent.  Looking at your pic, though, I might add that cleaning/regrouting/sealing may not fix your problem.  Your symptoms could be the result of an improperly installed shower pan, water sitting in your pan allowing it to "wick" up up the wall or no waterproofing on the walls.  Try some of the other cleaning suggestions first (on a regular basis), but if this is a recurring problem you may want to consider replacing some or all of the shower.  Give a professional with references a call when you get to that point. :)

  4. You definately need to use bleach to kill the mold.  It will give you the added benefit of whitening your grout.  If you want to replace the grout, there is a bit that goes on a dremel tool that works and is intended for removing grout.

  5. yes that looks like mold. Also looks like on the bottom row you have silicone, not grout, i recommend getting a sharp bristle brush , a good bleach and scrubbing it out through , as well as a razor balde till you have that gunk out , run it over with disenfector for extra measure , then you can get on with putting over a new coat ! good luck !
