Is this motorcycle worth it?

i ran across a 2003 ktm 300 exc, that has less than fifty hours snd has a few upgrades, like a fatty gold series exhaust,exhaust plate cover,a brand new plug, throttle and throttle cable. it doesnt have any appearent major damage, the guy is asking 2700 for it. . . is it worth it?
