  1. That's impossible. No, it's not allowed. You can't put all the tiles all at once.

  2. Yes... it's legal.

  3. Not if you are putting all the letters on the board at once.

And you have a bingo through the L in TULIP.  ABLUTION!

  4. Ok, are you saying that on the second turn the person laided down B,A,I,T,O,U,N?

If so, then this is not allowed.  The player can only lay the tiles on consecutive horizonal or consecutive vertical squares.  I think the only legal one that the player did was BUNT.  The player could create the other words but on different turns.

  5. Yes

  6. no that is not a move

  7. no its not

  8. It is not clear exactly what you are asking.  After making TULIP, did you add just the UN to make BUNT?  If so, yes, that is perfectly ok.  From what you have given us, that appears to be the most likely scenario, and makes sense.  You could not play B, A, I, T, O, U and N all in one move.  You could add U and N or B, U, and N.  You can add letters in only one direction in one straight line in one move, and they have to go together to complete one word.  They may also complete other words in the process.

  9. yeah, I don't see why not

  10. Alway leagal unless its not tuching another word

  11. yes its allowed

  12. The B,U,N to make BUNT is fine. The A,I,T to make BAIT would have to be Turn 3, and the O to make TO would have to be Turn 4.
