  1. Even if they were edible they would not be nice.

Get some good ID books, learn a bit about them and get out into the field, park or pasture.

Dont eat anything you cannot 100% identify (If you THINK it's a certain type don't even consider eating it)

After a few years of mushy hunting you will then be the expert and will have the knowlwedge to eat wild edible shrooms.

  2. These are terrible pictures.

The mushrooms look small and unappetizing. Most mushrooms are harmless, tasteless, and worthless to eat. A few are incredibly dangerous and cause incurable poisoning. Some contain dangerous hallucinogenic chemicals. Unless you really know what you are doing you should not eat wild mushrooms.

There are a few easy to identify species that are tasty and cannot be confused with others -- giant puffball, chanterelle -- but overall, it is not a good idea to mess with wild mushrooms.

  3. No, and you ought never to eat anything you cannot fully identify.  As one mushroom grower once said, "the best place to find edible mushrooms is on your grocers' shelf"

go to images.google.com and plug in mushrooms.

  4. Pretty hard to tell with those grainy pictures. To be on the safe side, do not attempt to eat them! The risks (e.g., death) associated with eating an unknown fungus totally outweigh the potential benefit (i.e., a little snack).
