Is this natural??? FOR GUYS?

Okay so my boyfriend has this vein on his left ball and its quite a bit more noticeable than the other veins, and his sack is always itchy, but usually around the vein. So could it be the vein making him itch, or is it just a natural itchy sac..?

The vein is natural but he may have jock itch.  He should get something at the pharmacy like lamisil and put that on.  It can be gotten in a spray or in a cream.  The spray tends to burn when put on, but the cream is easy to apply.  You must do this for about 1 week and that should cure the itchiness.

  its probably not the vein causing the itch, could just be chafing or sweat related--  he should try some medicated jock itch spray or powder to help with that--
