  2. I can honestly tell you, you are not a machine you are a human. Congrats on being able to do pushups and situps.

  3. 40 pushups and 30 situps is nothing bro.  i do sets of 200 clap pushups and have to do situps with weight or it doesnt give me any burn at all.  at least 2 45 plates on my chest!

  4. That's a very good thing if u can do that why would you wanna be normal, sometime not being normal is good, as being " better than normal"

  5. I think this is all mental.  You only feel like there's something wrong, but there isn't?

  6. thats not a bad thing, thats a good thing!!!! Don't worry nothing is wrong with you....

  7. It doesn't sound like a problem to me.  Just because you didn't go to the gym for a year didn't mean you were totally inactive.  Everyone has muscle from activities you probably didn't consider, like lifting boxes, mowing the lawn, etc.  No matter what weight you are, there is muscle underlying fat.  Just because it isn't cut or defined doesn't mean it's not there.

The ab thing: it just means that you're building up muscle.  I don't know how hard you were hitting the gym, but progress is a good sign.  As long as you're not taking any crazy pills or feeling anything unusual, this is all good.  Especially if you're young, then your body tends to be quicker.

  8. I don't think that it is very impressive at all.

There are more people who can do this.
