I'm a 13 year old girl and I have been getting really angry for small things.. what should I do?

  1. It's normal at your age, don't worry..

    You're going through a lot of changes, physically and psychologically.

    Try to control yourself as much as possible, and always have a smile on your face!


  2. When you're angry over something, pause and ask yourself: "Will getting angry over this lead to anything?", "Will it solve the problem?" ... Then think why did it make you angry? Is there any other proper way you can resolve it? ...

    Example, if a friend made you angry because she/he made a nasty remark, instead of being angry, you can simply tell him/her that's really nasty and you don't expect that from a friend. By acting in a more matured way will often stop people from continuing with their idiotic antics because they get no thrill out of it anymore.

  3. Many teens have this problem..  I know I sure did.  I think it's fine to feel angry, but how you express your anger is important.  Don't do anything rash in your anger.. think before you say or do something that might hurt someone.  Take deep breaths.  I find it helps to "sleep on it".. If something isn't important enough to be angry about, it usually seems like less of a big deal when you get up the next morning.  Try to keep things in perspective.  

  4. ya getting angry is normal as long as you dont kill someone from the anger ... look at the bigger picture and just ignore the small things everything will work out eventually on its own ..... but maybe ur getting mad at yourself not about the small things u just use the small things to vent ur anger through

  5. it's totally normal, don't worry :) it's just a stage. just relax and try not to let things bother you. i'm 15, and you get out of that stage pretty quick. it's hard for a while, but i just suggest not sweating the small stuff. :)
