Is this normal about my eyes?

when i look at some objects, say a dinner plate, if i look at it for maby 5 and sometimes more seconds I can see kinda like double vision. like an outline, force field type thing.. I have a minor case of astigma and im far sighted. I really want to be in the australian army and hoping this wont disqualify me?

but yea I mostly see this when I watch tv or certain colour writing on the computer with a dark backround. Is this normal for any of u?
