  1. you were probably just shocked and nervous

  2. yeah it's definitely normal, if you didn't eat anything before you went then your blood sugar was probably low and when the needle went through you got a shot of adreniline, which makes you all dizzy and stuff because of your low blood sugar

  3. well i got my belly pierced for my 13th birthday, and when they had put the bar in my belly and i stood up i felt a bit dizzy, but its nothing to worry about its probably just your nerves getting to you! you will be fine :), and to help it heal quicker and stop it getting infected i would buy savlon, but the spray on one and just wipe around it (:, and DONT play around with it it might get infected (:, hope i helped.

  4. maybe the needle he used on you was used on someone else. It may have not been clean. You may want to go to the doctor and check it out especially if you have a swelling of redness on that area within the next few days. If you do you know you caught something and it won't be pretty.

Stand in front of the fan? And that helps because....?

  5. Just a pain/nerve shock... some people feint when the see blood or feel pain. You are fine you just had a halfway reaction. Think of it like this...if you had felt any more pain or fear perhaps... you would have feinted, but you didn't you may feel a little wierd for a bit, but you should be fine... don't go back to the piercing joint if you think it is something serious... go to a doctor... some of the advice you get on here... jeeze.

    perfectly normal though.

  6. I actually got mine done not too long ago, after my 16th birthday.

I think it is most likely one of two things:

Either he used the painkiller they inject so you don't feel the actual piercing (that made me go light-headed for a few moments as it spread throughout my system)or he didn't use the painkiller and the pain just momentarily shocked your body, especially if your friends have been telling you it doesn't hurt and you thought otherwise.

  7. yeah it happened to me, you prolly just got really nervous.

cause i know i was and i freaked out haha

but to make it heal faster go to clairs and get that anitseptic stuff that you use when you get your ears peirced, it healed mine up in 3 weeks. :)

    goodluck hope you feel better.

  8. Yes this was normal for me.  I got my belly pierced about 3 months ago.  They piercer made me stand up and after she did it, I had the exact same symptoms.  I almost fell in the floor.  Lol.  I think its just nerves.  You will be fine!

  9. The guy who said it was because of the needle might have been used on someone else.

    - that's just silly.

If it was used on someone else then it would get infected.

But not straight away, and plus you felt dizzy when it went through.

That can happen to a lot of people. When I got mines done last month I was asked if I felt dizzy too. :)

If you're feeling better now, then don't worry about itttt.

  10. Yes it is. For some people they dont feel much, but for some they do tend to get dizzy and weak. When i got my belly button pierced the same happened to me. Its probably because of seeing the needle, and the pain. Its also mental, you probably got a little scared. You'll be fine, don't worry.

  11. You were probably just nervous. This reaction could not be caused by the piercer using a dirty needle. And please do not freak out if you see swelling and redness- it is normal after having a needle and then a foreign object pierced through your skin! You only need to worry if it becomes more painful than a slight ache (except when washing-that definitely hurts!)

  12. Yeah, that's totally normal. It's because of the adrenaline and other chemicals your body releases as a reaction to the piercing. Especially noticeable if you either haven't eaten or have any blood sugar problems. That's all it is. Some people are worse than others. Some people black out or faint from the adrenaline. Others aren't even phased by it all. Just depends on how your body takes it.

  13. I don't think so.

  14. Um.. no its not, go back to your piercer if you still feel like that tomorrow.
