I had surgery yesterday on my ankle. I slept on the couch last night with it propped up on 3 pillows. My heel hurts so bad! It is a tingly pain though. I took my meds one hour late this morning. her is a link to where the surgery is. (picture)

  1. If they used that anti pain stuff it makes it swell up and the bruising is an after affect probably..

Thats what i think but u shouldnt listen to me im 13 years old.

  2. It's normal to have pain after surgery...keep your foot rested for another three days and that tingly thing you are feeling is the blood rushing into your foot, because you had surgery done and it was numb

  3. this is perfectlt normal.... just keep it elevated and take your meds on time... and make sure that you take your pain pills so you wont be so uncomfortable.... give it a few more days and you will notice a big difference.
