Nausea is much less than it has been. Some days not there at all. I know it's weird, but the nausea is reassurring.

Breats are still sore.

I have period like cramping, mostly on the right side though. Not intense pain.

Lower back ache

I'm nervous. My last pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage. I saw the baby and heart beat two days ago.

  1. It is normal to get some cramping due to your  ligaments and uterus stretching.  I wouldn't worry about it unless it is very painful or it is accompanied with blood.  Everything else sounds normal.

  2. i am also 10 wks pregnant. i get nautious from time to time throughout the day, but no vomiting yet... i also have period like cramping down below my belly button and in my pelvic area, and i went to the ER the other night because i was worried. they did both a pelvic exam and an ultrasound on me. everything turned out normal, and the baby is fine. i saw him/her moving around as if they were in the olympics!! and i also hear the heart beating.  dont worry, ive been told that some of the cramping i get is becaus our uterus is getting bigger and stretching, so thats what i think of it as. dont think anything bad, you heard your peanuts heartbeat, so he/she is fine. dont stress because stress is no good for you or the baby.

  3. It all sounds completely normal.  You are (rightfully so) nervous because of your past miscarriage.  If you are really concerned, I'm sure your doctor would let you come in to check the heartbeat.

My nausea came and went - and I've had all sorts of cramping and I'm alright.

  4. It's very normal. You're coming to the close of the first trimester, so the nausea is going to start to go away, which is a wonderful thing. Your b*****s will definitely remain sore and the cramps will remain. These are all things that I have at 17 weeks.

Edit - I have cramps here and there every day. They tend to be what's called round ligament pain. This is what happens when the ligaments that support your uterus begin to stretch with your growing uterus.
