I'm going to the doc in a little while, but until I go I wanted to get some opinions. Today I've been feeling very tired/weak, its hard to breathe, and my chest hurts really bad. Almost feels like a panic attack(but doesn't go away). Also, I'll just be sitting here and get really dizzy like I'm going to pass out. Is this normal? What could be going on?

  1. I got that earlier in my pregnancy.....My doctor told me its because the baby is taking most of our blood so we only get whats left. Kind of a funny way to describe it but she assured me that its normal. i actually almost passed out a couple of times. Try laying down with you're feet up. For me that helped alot since blood tends to pool up in our legs. Goodluck!

  2. I am 30 weeks and feel all of that except the hurting chest. When I get real dizzy and feel like Im going to pass out, it helps me to blast the a.c. or sit under the fan and it usually stops.

  3. try drinking LOTS LOTS of water and maybe some crackers it may help i felt that too it could be your blood pressure. try laying down and resting if that brings no relief call the doctor!

  4. It is normal until you have chest pains. That isn't normal. You need to get to your doctor as soon as you can. Drink water in the mean time. You could be dehydrated.

  5. It's normal to feel tired and have some shortness of breath in your third trimester.  The dizziness could be attributed to being so short of breath or dehydration.  So try drinking some water and laying down.  You should always bring up new symptoms to your Dr. though, so make sure you do that today just to be safe!
