  1. Hi hon, sounds like a school girl crush, we all had them but just be careful, it's only a crush! 17 is too old for you, think of it like this your mom is young and your dad is the same age your grandpa! totally not cool ,right? enjoy the boys your age and in no time you'll all be 17...

  2. Yes, the feelings are normal, but be careful.  17 year old guys have a lot different things going through their heads then you do.  So be very careful, hun!

  3. hahaha yeah

imm about to go out with a 17 year old

    so its normal

  4. it's normal but don't get your feeling gets to much in you, becaause you still have a big future lays infront of you.. good guys come later!

  5. okay. its fine. when i was 13 i went out iwth a 17 year old. and still do! :] i love him very muchhh.

  6. your feelings are normal but you cant expect anything to happen. he is way too old for you.

  7. well yea i guess i mean i have a little sister who loves jesse Mcartney but not those kind of fealings you should worry about your school and education NOT ABOUT WAY OLDER BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. It's a crush, and yes, it's normal.  The thing about crushes is, one of these days it'll disappear as suddenly as it happened.  Also, don't feel you have to act on these feelings.  While it's normal for you to feel this way, you're way too young to be a 17 year old's girlfriend. Just try to keep your mind on the math!

  9. yeah you have a crush on him!

  10. I think it's normal for the 13 year old to "have feelings".  It's called a crush.  What is not normal is a 17 year old reciprocating those feelings.  Think about it.......when you're 17 are you going to want a 13 year old?

  11. Hi Sommer,

Yes this is perfectly normal. You will find this happens more and more often as you grow older. But because he is in  position of authority you are not in a position to be able to act upon it. You need to learn to recognise these feelings when they come but not take action on them.

Everybody goes through this stage. You can be mature by recognising this and choosing to not let it run away on you. Crushes are just that - crushes. They generally lead to someone being crushed.

Best you think instead about becoming the kind of person someone would want to spend the rest of their lives with. personal development is all you should be doing right now to prepare for adult hood. Take it from someone who married the wrong person and far too young.

The longer you wait before you start acting out on those feelings the more prepared you will be when you meet the right person.
