Is this normal for a red tail boa?

Question

I feed my boa typically every two weeks alternating from rat to mouse depending on which week it is. His last feed was a small rat which was about two weeks ago, well he hasnt crapped him out yet. Now it has a slight bulge in the stomach area and keeps his end quarters turned up, is anyone familiar with this?

Bath it in warm water or take it to a vet.
