Is this normal for a three day old guinea pig?

Well today i noticed that one of the three had some crust around his/her eye and i got really worried. Is there something wrong? We have an exotic vet in town but i don't know if she's there today. She works at petsmart and only comes on certain days.

Also the second oldest (i also just noticed today), has an extra toe on it's back right foot, which is just hangin by a thread, it has fur and a nail on it, wat should i do about that?

No, it is not normal. They may have an eye injury or URI.

You can have it surgically removed. If it catches on anything and tears, it'll bled.

Unless the guinea pigs are coughing or struggling along so early in life, don't worry. The eye crusties are like what humans get. If they are doing other things like I mentioned, call the vet anyway and make an appointment. It's good to have them checked over by a small animal vet because this may be an early sign of URI (Upper Respiratory Infection) Keep half of the cage covered and away from drafts and call a vet.

The other little piggies toe has a condition called "Polydactyly": when having an extra toe or toes. It looks like it's going to rip off any minute right? The best thing to do is have it clipped off by your veterinarian sooner than later so it's doesn't cause more problems or rip off with he/she is older.  Getting it removed by scalpel or surgical scissors under anesthesia is pretty safe and effective. When the toe is hanging by a thread, your vet might use a ligature (aka: a tightly tied string to cut off blood flow to the dangling toe) and remove it that way.

does it feffine;t have fur?

otherwise it cold just be bumblefoot

as for the crust unsure

if it was older i would say bath it with water but the mother might abandon it

do u get crust on your eyes at 3 days old yeah i think it will just fall off. About the toe just leave it if it causes pain make sure u take it some place like the vet and things
