There's a guy that's 16. He doesn't act perverted at all. But I've seen him once have his eyes follow a girl. Only once. I'm just wondering if under every guy they are you know, how guys usually are. And he's straight I'm exactly sure of that.

Its normal for guys to look at girls, its called attraction and it works both ways.  Plus this guy is 16, so he's probably always horny.

So its totally normal and 99% of guys look.
