  1. You need to call your doctor and tell her your symptoms.  You will be told whether to come in.  If this continues and you can't reach your doctor, go to the emergency room.  Better safe than sorry.

I couldn't find anything about reactions after stopping a blood thinner.  This does not sound normal and is not one of the side effects of taking this type of medication.

  2. Bradycardia is an abnormally slow heart rate of less than 60 beats per minute. A normal heartbeat is between 60 and 100 beats per minute.

Here's what happens during a normal heartbeat: The electrical signal that starts a heartbeat comes from the heart's sinus node, the natural pacemaker located in the upper portion of the right atrium. From the sinus node, the heartbeat signal travels to the atrioventricular (A-V) node, located between the atria, and then through the bundle of His (pronounced "hiss") a series of modified heart-muscle fibers located between the ventricles to the muscles of the ventricles. This triggers a contraction of the ventricles and produces a heartbeat.

  3. Why were you taking anticoagulants, and why were they stopped.  A heart rate of 76 is within normal limits as would be unlikely to be 60 all of the time. I do think you should go to emergency to be assessed as I don't think anyone on the internet can tell you whats wrong.

  4. the heart rate is just fine, however, if you are having chest discomfort, then you might want to call your doctor.
