Is this normal? is he still into me?

i recently broke up with a workmate....now he keeps staring at me in meetings or when i am at my desk...no matter what i am doing i just sense that he is watching and when i look up he is staring at me...surprisingly is that he is the one who broke it off.....now i am just curious to find out why he keeps staring at me with out saying anything( we do not talk after the bad break up) why does this guy keep staring.

I am not a guy but see if he wants to get back together with you. If he is staring at you he probably still likes you find out. Ask another coworker to ask him for you.Hope this helps! Or maybe you have something stuck in your teeth or something. Depends what kind of stare

He just feels the need to watch over you and see your every move. If this guy was controlling or jealous then maybe that's another reason why he does it, it's just part of his personality. Even if he wasn't he still wants to keep and eye on you he still has some feelings for you because no one stares at someone this way unless they feel something for them.
