It means you are loosing the pigment out of that hair.Therefore it is turnig white:it is no disease.

You are however to young to turn white there already.

if it was only recent, then see if you have been having stress recently. it seems that stress can make hair go white.

It looks like you will have a gray haired and possibly shriveled organ earlier.  But don't worry.  That is just the way it is.  And worry will not change it.

means nothing.  you just have a gene that gives you some white patches.  It's not all that common, but I have seen guys that have this.
