  1. It really depends on your body size. I'm 19 and I weigh 95 pounds. But i'm also 5'7. I have a very small frame. (My bones are small and close together.) I'm very thin but I have a very fast metabolism.

I was worried as well and went to my doctor and he told me that some people are like lions. They eat very seldomly and aren't hungry often but they eat big meals and store that food. And that i'm like a giraffe in a way that I eat and am hungry several times a day and that I "graze" so to speak like a giraffe but I don't gain weight because of my fast metabolism.

So if you're really worried. Then make an appointment with your doctor and keep track of your weight. But don't try to force yourself to gain weight by eating fatty foods. That makes you unhealthy and still skinny.

But just cause you're tiny doesnt mean you're unhealthy or abnormal.

  2. that seems a little underweight, it depends on your height though. can you give that?

  3. depends on your height and frame. My wife is 25 and weighs only 86lbs and she looks fine. She is 5'2" just has a thin frame.

  4. Considering that you are 5'5", yea you are underweight and it is not normal.  I know of no one who is that small who has not caused them self to be that way.  Therefor you should probably try to gain weight unless you are okay and happy!!!

  5. depends how tall  you are if your super short not neccessarily. otherwise you are underweight and should gain weight.

  6. I would say no.

However it all depends on your height.

  7. depends on your height. it does seem a little low but you also may have a high metabolism and you are working it off quickly. why worry if it is, there are to many girls worrying if there fat.
