  1. It's perfectly normal for a teen.  It's simply how the vaginal tube cleans itself out, because even if there is alot of menstrual fluid coming out, not all of it does, and not all of it has a reddish tint.  So, as sort of a precaution, the female body produces a sort of cleaning discharge to get rid of anything that may remain behind.  So, simply, it's nothing to worry about at all.  It's a normal bodily function of girls.

  2. Totally normal, your periods will probably settle down in another year or so.

The discharge may be a sign of a yeast infection but they're easily dealt with, ask at your pharmacy for medications - in the UK you can buy it without a prescription, not sure about US.

  3. Yes, that's normal.

Your discharge changes as you go through your cycle as well, and you maynotice it's very clear and "sticky" or "stretchy" around the time you are ovulating.  This is because your body is trying to make a good environment for sperm to come fertalize the ovum.  After you ovulate, your discharge may get progressively whiter and become less transparent.  This is because the egg is no longer able to be fertilized and there is a higher level of yeast.  Everyone has some yeast down there, and they should.

You may notice you get wet down there when you're around a guy you like.  It's a sign of arousal and your body is making its own natural lubrication.

You would know if you had a yeast infection.  They're terribly itchy and are caused by lack of hygeine, tight clothes, and maybe even genetics.

As far as your period being sporadic in the beginning, that's also normal.  It can take a while some time (as long as a year) to regulate into a monthly thing.

  4. very normal.

the first year of a girls period is usually irregular.

    start wearing panty liners

  5. its totally normal because you are probably not regular so it may skip a  month. also, it is sooo normal to have discharge. it is your body's way of cleaning out. dont worry, if it gets bad, wear a pantiliiner.

  6. yeah, i'm 14 and i get it all the time. your body is just cleansing your uterus out...that is all the discharge is. if you are worried about it just wear a panty liner...(: hope this helped
