to begin with, i only eat a fruit for breakfast and another one for lunch, and then i have whatever my mom makes for dinner. i'm usually busy so i don't have time to eat. also, i love fruit and i could go all day without eating anything but fruit. so my stomach is used to this. i never get hungry after eating only a fruit, in fact i never really crave anything. i drink a lot of water and that's pretty much it. now, my question is, is it normal to lose like, 3-5lbs a week because of the way i eat? i've noticed that my weight drops each time. if that's the case i need to try to have a bit more of time to eat actual meals because i don't need to lose that much weight. only 3lbs lol. so what do you recommend that i do? and is dropping that much weight normal or not?
