Is this normal.....?

I'm about to go to public school for the first time and I'm very scared. My cousin goes to the school I'm about to go into and said there's been a lot of fights and told me that 2 girls last year got pregnant. The girls were 13!! Anyway, is it normal for me to act this way?

Yes, it's normal, it's a new situation for you and you don't know what to expect.   I would point out, though, that the girls most likely didn't get pregnant in school!   Stay away from the dating scene, and you won't have that to worry about.
