Alright, I have roosters that are kept together to keep eggs from being fertile when I dont want them to be. I never get a single fight, or even pecking each other, but I get something else. They court each other, do the courtship dance, and I've seen them mount each other. One pair, that is kept separate because one of the roosters is very defensive of the other rooster. He gets upset if even I try to pet his rooster, but I do it anyways. I've heard of hens doing this kinda thing, and other animals but not other cases of roosters specifically. Anyone else had their male chickens court other male chickens?

Anyhoos, I'm glad they don't fight. Love is better than war.
