  1. Other than the right wing conspiracy, which usually attributes the ultimate cause of an event or chain of events, of American politics that is currently debating global warming-  we all know things are changing.  Is it normal to have 8 in of snow in late April?  NO!

  2. Nope

  3. in Wisconsin its not although currently were having tornado watches

had a tornado in febuary touch down what are the chances of that

    but its wisconsin

  4. One of the consequences of "global warming" is changes in weather patterns so that local storms may be expected.

However, it is hardly unusual to have snow in the northern US in April.  I had snow during basic training at Ft. Bliss New Mexico in mid April in 1967.

This page shows the AVERAGE April snow for Minn/StPaul for 30 years is 3.1 inches
