Is this normal weight to lose?

I've been going to the gym for a month now. I go 7days a week and do an hour of cardio. I recently weighted myself and I lost 6 pounds. Is that normal. I dont drink sodas, cut down most of my sweets, eat three small meals a day, and been drink only water and green tea.

  1. Green tea consumption can decrease the LDL cholesterol, also known as the “bad” cholesterol. This is why people who drink larger amounts of green tea may eat twice the amounts of foods with high levels of cholesterol and have the same cholesterol level than those who don`t usually drink green tea.   2. 7 straight days of cardio without any resistance training or rest is not a good routine. You are losing muscle as well as fat.
