For any provider of a service, most phones are $200+ and they heavily discount their phones to get you to start service with them. The other side of the coin is that you have to start a 2 year service agreement with them so that they can recuperate their costs. On average around $350+ is spent on any one customer before they leave the store. This is why you get larger bonuses for getting products online.

i looked and i clicked just phone without plan and it says 299.99 if u want it with plan than its free. U just have to pay for plan.
